Founded by Pietro Hartmann in 1990 as a one-man business, the Adliswil based company has been in real estate for many years.

We specialize in property management, construction, are a real estate agency and offer thematically related consulting services. The company is a member of the Swiss Association of Real Estate Trustees (SVIT) and is therefore committed to complying with the rules of professional conduct and professional ethics.

Hartmann Immobilien GmbH was integrated into the Die Falck Gruppe  in 2021.

The Falck Group at a glance

The Falck Gruppe AG is the parent company of the enterprises group. With real estate, tax & Accounting and special consultancy she commands three fully integrated service branches. The group looks back on a long history of entrepreneurship in Central Switzerland. In 1875, the original firm was founded and has since then continuously developed and transformed. To this day, the group is an owner-managed company in by now the fifth generation.
Della Valle Immobilien AG is one of the largest real estate brokerages in Central Switzerland and since 2022 part of the Falck Gruppe AG. Real estate is the passion of this Meggen-based company that boasts further outlets in Ebikon, Horw and Weggis. For both buying and selling property, the Della Valle team provide outstanding client service throughout the entire transaction process (www.dv-immo.ch).
Hartmann Immobilien was incorporated into the group in 2021. Mr. Pietro Hartmann founded the company as one-man business more than 30 years ago. Since then the company has developed into one of the eminent real estate firms in Adliswil, Zurich. The company is specialized on property management, construction management and related consulting services (www.hartmann-immobilien.ch).
New Pine is a joint-venture comprising various regional real estate specialists. The company was founded in 2019 to serve private investors and small family offices as a competence center in portfolio management. She complements the services of Falck Gruppe in managing real estate assets (www.newpine.ch).

Moritz Falck MRICS

Moritz Falck is the owner of the business group and currently leads it in fifth generation. Apart from his executive responsibilites, Mr. Falck's focal points lie on appraisals, portfolio management, project developments and real estate finance. Mr. Falck previously worked for reputable consulting firms in Zurich and London, where he was primarily involved in projects of the financial services industry. Mr. Falck holds degrees in economics and statistics and has completed the MAS in Real Estate at CUREM.

Christian Käppeli is member of the executive board and head of the department Accounting, Taxes & Fiduciary. He is furthermore active as CFO and responsible for all finance and accounting matters of the business group. His areas of expertise involve tax consultancy, financial and retirement planning for individuals as well as fiduciary services for SMEs and advice on financial statements. Mr. Käppeli is also responsible for accounting practices of our Real Estate department. He looks back on more than 20 years of experience in the field, having previously worked for a reputable Central-Swiss accounting and audit firm. Mr. Käppeli ist a Swiss Federal Fidicuiary Expert.

Pietro Hartmann

Pietro Hartmann ist board member of the Falck Gruppe and also member of the executive team. Mr. Hartmann founded Hartmann Immobilien GmbH as a one-man business more than 30 years ago and has since then continuously expanded his firm. Mr. Hartmann is primarily tasked with construction management, renovation projects and customer client account management. Mr. Hartmann is a proven real estate expert with a versatile experience and a strong regional network. He is also a long-serving member of the Arbitration Court for Rental Matters of the Canton of Zurich. Mr. Hartmann is a Qualified Real Estate Fiduciary and a Constructional Draftsman.
